I purchased a BMW X5 2005 e53 4.8is 98k on the clock and I have had it converted to run on LPG and it's so much better, no loss of power or performance, I've tinted the windows on the rear, new battery, new ignition coils, 4 new tyres, new rear lamps, new xtrons head unit, new id4motion instrument cluster (£1200), serviced the front and rear diffs, new steering components, new automatic transmission fluid and filter, engine oil change and filter, new air filter and cabin filter, new front and rear wipers, next on the list are new upgraded headlights, new or refurbish the alloy wheels. Atm I'm getting the original instrument cluster refurbished. These X5 4.8iS V8s are much sought after, rare and will only increase in value, and I've just ordered a lanogard treatment for the chassis. My car is a keeper!

I understand this is an old video, i did program a new key on my e46, but i have a similar issue. The central locking on the new key doesn't seem to work. I initially thought, it may be a blown fuse like you said, but i noticed that my original key, works occasionally. Which is odd.. so if you or anyone has/had a similar issue like me, is there any solution for it?

Here's a quick tip about your old system. If someone else is having the same problem with Android it's very fast to correct it. I will say you will have to do this every time but when you do it once or twice it comes so fast to you that you already have it pulled up and connected. Click on settings scroll down to connect written in smaller letters it will say Bluetooth under the connect button. Once you do that you hit the one for the car and in less than 5 seconds it's hooked up. I had the same problem and I bought some Bluetooth headphones that I wear at night to sleep and they do the exact same thing. I do it so quickly I had to leave the video to remember exactly what buttons I was hitting. I think I'm just going to do what you have done for a few different reasons almost exactly all of yours.
